About Us
Formed in 1968, the Iowa High School Swim Coaches Association (IHSSCA) is made up of coaches, officials and others that support the involvement of swimming among our high school men and women in the State of Iowa.
Our organization is non-profit and its financial support is mainly derived from membership dues and T-Shirt sales at District and State Swim Meets. We continue to work towards improving the sport of swimming and we maintain a positive relationship with both the Iowa High School Athletic Association (IHSAA) and the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union (IGHSAU).
Our member coaches and associates are excited about the sport of swimming and we welcome any comments or suggestions you may have which will continue to keep our sport among the fore front of high school athletics in the State of Iowa.
